High-Speed Cigarette Packet Quality Control System
Cigarette Packet Inspection Detectors / Cigarette Packet Detectors / Packet Integrity Detectors / Cigarette Quality Inspection Detectors are an important part of the Molins HLP machine, as they help to ensure that each packet of cigarettes meets the necessary quality and regulatory standards. Function of each detector is as follows:
1, Cigarette Packet Counting Detector - This type of detector is designed to ensure that each packet of cigarettes contains the correct number of cigarettes, which is typically 20. The detector typically consists of one or more sensors that are positioned near the end of the packing line where the packets are filled. As the packets move past the sensors, they detect the presence of each individual cigarette, and use this information to count the total number of cigarettes in each packet. If a packet is found to contain an incorrect number of cigarettes, it is rejected and sent to a separate area for further inspection or disposal.
2, Cigarette Quality Inspection Detector - This type of detector is designed to inspect the quality of the cigarettes themselves, and can detect defects such as holes, tears, or other imperfections. The detector typically consists of one or more sensors that use light or other methods to detect the presence and quality of each individual cigarette as it moves through the packing line. If a defect is detected, the packet is rejected and sent to a separate area for further inspection or disposal.
